This is my online scheduling tool. By using this scheduler, you will receive a reminder when your appointment is near and will also have the ability to reschedule your appointment according to availability.
Changes and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. To prepare for our call(s), please take time to write out 4 to 5 questions you have about your situation. One hour passes by quickly, and I'd like you to get the most benefit out of our time together.
